Return and Refund Policy

5 Bear's Treasures is not to be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred during the shipping process.  The item is to be returned in the original packaging as well as unworn in such circumstances.  You have 10 days from time of shipment to notify us as to the damage, either by phone or email.  We require physical proof such as pictures to be emailed to us and the reason for return (such as damaged or wrong product ).  You must contact us to initiate the return process by either calling our office phone number [(760-955-5217)], or submitting a request via our "Contact Us" section.  We will notify you once we process your inquiry.  There will be no refunds for cancelled services, as the time slot at the time of booking will become unavailable for other customers.
